My approach is integrative; respectful, gentle and compassionate, while firmly holding the focus of the therapeutic work. I encourage my clients to be active in the therapeutic process at all times. I have found that when a person is involved and committed to their own process they soon become more aware of the capacity to improve, change and fulfil their life's potential, whatever their circumstances.
I work with adults over the age of 18 years. My practice is based in Exeter. I prefer to see clients in person but I am available, in certain situations, to work with clients using the telephone and Skype.
